This weekend was fun: I ended up with a black eye, and a big-ass bump on my head, compliments of Huracan Black and O.G. Play Boy. Well, it's part of the job; I don't complain.
As some of some of you already know, I lost my match against Huracan Black at this Saturday's OWA event. I got cocky and overconfident, and I was caught by surprise. Oh, well. Anyway, there will be another time...
Sunday's UIPW show was a good event. It was at a new venue in East L.A., and there was a nice crowd.
I felt really good wrestling those two matches: my hard work is paying off. How? Well, I don't get tired during the match. I feel like the Duracell rabbit: I can keep going and going.
Also, I tried going to an Olympic gymnasium. It's a different atmosphere, and I tried to learn some new things. Man, I loved it there: I felt so accomplished!
The back flip--or moonsault--is something that I had tried to do for many years. It's been hard for me, but I finally did manage to do it, and have overcome that fear.
This is just the beginning of new things for me to try and learn. I want to be a better wrestler. I feel motivated, so watch out for a new and improved Lestat!
As always, my friends: Thank you all for the support, and God bless you.
Have a great week; I'll see you around.
